Terms of Service

The service

NamoLux provides Bulk Check, domain availability, Founder Signal, and related shortlist-decision tools. Outputs are suggestions, not professional, legal, trademark, investment, or business advice. You are responsible for reviewing a name before relying on, registering, or publishing it.

Free and paid access

• The free plan currently includes 3 free Bulk Check runs per month after sign-in and may display advertising.
• Starter costs £19 once and is ad-free. It includes 25 Bulk Check batches, 100 individual Founder Signal assessments, 25 Name Sprints, 2 Brand Kits and one saved project. These are total purchased credits, not monthly allowances. There is no automatic renewal.
• Prices, taxes, features, and limits shown at checkout form part of your purchase and may change for future billing periods with appropriate notice.
• Unused purchased credits do not expire while NamoLux operates. Saved work remains accessible when credits are exhausted, and downloaded assets remain usable under their applicable licences. Further paid usage requires another pack.
• Existing subscription terms and access remain unchanged; existing subscribers can manage renewals through the billing portal. Mandatory consumer cancellation and refund rights are unaffected. Contact support about purchase or delivery problems.

Website hosting

Hosting includes 10,000 public page/file requests per UTC calendar month. Imported images, scripts and styles each count as requests. Serving pauses at this limit and resumes next month; we do not charge overages. Keep a copy of your exports. Abuse, phishing, malware and infringing content are prohibited and may be suspended.

Launch costs £19/month, charged automatically until cancelled. The first payment includes one Starter allocation; subsequent payments renew hosting only and do not replenish naming credits. Previously purchased offers retain their original terms.

Hosting covers one website: up to five builder pages or a compatible static import of up to 60 files and 2 MB. Server-side code, external-API applications and custom-domain registration are not included. You must own or have permission to publish all uploaded content. We may suspend harmful or abusive content to protect visitors and the service.

You can cancel future renewals through your hosting billing controls. Hosting continues through the paid period, except where payment is reversed or access is suspended for abuse. Saved drafts and downloads remain available when hosting ends. Domain purchases are separate. Mandatory consumer cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Domain and scoring responsibilities

Availability checks are best-effort snapshots and can be delayed, incomplete, or change before purchase. Registrations are completed by third-party registrars under their terms and prices. NamoLux does not grant rights in submitted names or guarantee uniqueness, availability, search ranking, commercial success, or freedom from trademark, company-name, passing-off, or other third-party claims.

Domain results describe availability at the time checked. A Namecheap or other registrar link lets you review the current price and complete registration; it does not reserve the domain. Brand screening identifies potential existing use within the sources checked. Company and trade-mark register searches are separate from domain checks. App-store and social tools combine supported lookups with direct search links; opening a search link is not a completed automated verification. A missing match does not establish exclusive rights to a name. Review the results and relevant official registers before launch.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including by:

• breaking law, infringing rights, or generating abusive, deceptive, or harmful material;
• evading quotas, sharing paid access, automating excessive requests, scraping, probing, or disrupting systems;
• attempting to access another account, administrator service, source credential, or restricted data; or
• reselling or reproducing substantial parts of NamoLux without written permission.

We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or enforce these terms.

Intellectual property and feedback

NamoLux software, branding, interfaces, and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual property law. You retain rights in material you submit and permit us and our providers to process it only as needed to operate and improve the service. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.

Availability, warranties, and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded and NamoLux is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or a third party's registration or use of a name. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update the service or these terms. Material changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice. Mandatory law and consumer protections in your country continue to apply. Contact support@namolux.com first so we can try to resolve a concern.
